What would it cost?

Cleaning quotes depend on the size and condition of your home — so rather than a vague range, answer a few questions and get a real number back.

  • What we do

Cleaning that fits the job in front of it

A regular clean, a move-out that has to pass inspection, and a house full of drywall dust are three different jobs. Each one is priced and worked differently.

    Recurring House Cleaning

Weekly, every other week, or monthly — the same trusted cleaner each visit.

    What's included

    Deep Cleaning

A top-to-bottom reset — the detail work a regular clean does not reach.

    What's included

    Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning

Empty-home cleaning for renters, buyers, sellers, and landlords.

    What's included

    Vacation Rental & Airbnb Turnovers

Fast, reliable turnovers between guests — checklists and linens included.

    What's included

    Post-Construction & Remodel Cleanup

Getting the dust out after the contractors are done.

    What's included

    Small Office & Business Cleaning

Offices, studios, salons, and clinics — cleaned after hours.

    What's included

    How it works

Three steps, and then it just happens

The point of hiring a cleaner is to stop managing it. The setup is deliberately short.

    1. Tell me about your home

Size, bathrooms, how often you want it, and anything particular — pets, a room to skip, surfaces that need care. The quote form covers it.

    2. Get a real quote back

A price for your actual home, not a per-hour guess that grows on the day. If a walkthrough would help, that can be arranged — but it is not required.

    3. Come home to a clean house

Most clients are at work during the visit. Leave a key or a code, and the door is locked again on the way out.

    Service area

    Cleaning across Spokane County

Spokane and Spokane Valley are the core of the route, with regular visits out to Liberty Lake, Mead, Cheney and the West Plains. Just outside the list? Ask — it is often still workable.

Also cleaning in Mead, Colbert, Airway Heights, Millwood, Otis Orchards, Newman Lake, Deer Park, Medical Lake, Nine Mile Falls and Suncrest.

    Common questions

    Before you book

How much does a house cleaning cost in Spokane?

Price depends on the size of the home, how many bathrooms it has, its current condition, and how often you want it cleaned. Rather than guess, send the quote form and you will get a real number for your home — not a range. Recurring visits cost less per clean than one-off cleans.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Most clients are at work. You can leave a key, a lockbox code, or a garage code, and the door is locked again on the way out. If you would rather be there for the first visit to walk through the house, that is welcome too.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies?

Yes — supplies and equipment are included. If you would prefer specific products used in your home, or you have surfaces that need particular care, say so and they will be used instead.

Is the first clean different from the regular ones?

Usually. Most homes start with a deep clean so everything is at the same baseline, and then recurring visits keep it there. It takes longer and costs more than a regular visit, and it is a one-time thing.

    What about pets?

Pets are fine and very common. Let us know what animals are in the home and anything we should know about them — whether they need to stay in a particular room, whether they bolt for open doors, anything like that.
