Short version: what you send goes to me, and nowhere else.
What is collected
Only what you type into the quote form — your name, email, and whichever optional details you choose to give about your home. The submission also records your IP address and the time, which is how automated spam is filtered out.
What it is used for
Answering you with a quote, and arranging the work if you go ahead. That is the whole of it.
What is not done with it
It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties. It is not added to a marketing list. There is no advertising tracking on this site and no third-party analytics cookies.
How long it is kept
Quote requests are kept as a record of who has been in touch. Ask and yours will be deleted — email me and it will be done.
Cookies
One session cookie, set by the website software to keep the quote form secure against forged submissions. It does not track you and it is not used for advertising.
