Melissa Cleans is a small, locally run cleaning business working across Spokane and Spokane Valley. Not a franchise, not a call centre, not a rotating crew — the same person in your home each visit, who learns how your house works and what you actually care about.

How it works in practice

Cleaning supplies and equipment come with. Quotes are for your specific home rather than an hourly rate that grows on the day. Most clients are at work during the visit and leave a key or a code, and the house is locked again on the way out.

If something is not right, saying so within 24 hours gets it re-cleaned at no charge. That is not a marketing guarantee so much as how a business this size stays in business — nearly all the work comes from clients booking again and telling their neighbours.
